In the intricate web of India’s fast-moving consumer goods supply chain, one name stands tall yet understated: Siddhi Vinayak Logistics (SVL). Behind every bottle of mango delight from PepsiCo (Slice), Coca-Cola (Maaza), Parle(Frooti) and Hector Beverages (Paper Boat) is a story of precision, speed, and commitment—quietly orchestrated by Mahesh Jain, the man who built a logistics empire by hauling pulp, not hype.
For over 26 years, SVL has been a lifeline of Fruit and Vegetables pulp and puree transportations, serving giants like PepsiCo, Coca-Cola, HUL, Parle, Hector Beverages, Diamond beverages, Bengal beverages etc with clockwork consistency. Today, SVL handles a staggering 95% of its cargo in fruit and vegetable pulp, a niche segment where temperature control, timeliness, and reliability aren’t luxuries—they are survival.
“75% of PepsiCo’s pulp movement is handled by us, covering over 18 of their bottling plants. That alone is Rs 15 crore worth of annual business” shares Jain, with the quiet pride of a man who knows his numbers and his worth.
But that’s just half the tale. SVL is also the exclusive transporter for 100% of Coca-Cola bottlers’ pulp needs across 22 plants—a feat that translates into Rs 55 crore per annum and cements SVL as a single-window solution in India’s multi-billion rupee beverage backbone.
What sets SVL apart is not just volume—it’s vision.
A Service That Plans Ahead
In an industry known for reacting, SVL built its reputation by proactively planning. “We don’t wait for the customer to tell us when to move. We advise them on when to dispatch, based on our ground intelligence,” says Jain. This embedded approach to logistics planning ensures zero failures on OTIF (On Time In Full) deliveries—a metric that beverage majors swear by.
Strength in Fleet, Smarts in Operations
SVL’s backbone is its fleet of 75 company-owned trucks—each with capacities up to 35 MT, tailored to transport temperature-sensitive loads. Augmented by 150+ attached trucks during peak season and access to a network of 350 partner vehicles, SVL scales effortlessly, without compromising control.
The firm moved a mind-boggling 390,600 drums of pulp in 2024 alone, with a consistent year-on-year growth that mirrors the country’s own FMCG expansion.
“Our entire system is geared to ensure freshness on arrival,” says Jain, referring to their aseptic bag and drum handling expertise, where one misstep could mean an entire batch is spoiled.
National Network, Local Expertise
From Chittoor to Krishnagiri, Nasik to Jalgaon, SVL operates like a logistics war-room—coordinating with branches in Chennai, Bangalore, Pune, Agra, and Kanpur. But despite this vast footprint, every route, every dispatch is personally and professionally overseen.
Clients like Varun Beverages, Bengal Beverages, Moon Beverages, Kandhari beverages, SLMG beverages (Groups), Hector Beverages, Ludhiana beverages, Diamond beverages, Bengal beverages, Udaipur beverages, Brindavan Beverages and many more food processing and beverages companies don’t just trust SVL—they treat it like an extended arm of their supply chain.
A Man with a Mission
At the heart of SVL’s quiet revolution is Mahesh Jain, a first-generation entrepreneur who saw value in a cargo few others would touch. “When I started, everyone wanted to carry steel, cement, or FMCG goods. I chose fruit pulp—perishable, seasonal, and complicated. But I knew that if I cracked this, I’d build a moat around my business.”
He did more than that. Jain built a logistics fortress that weathered COVID, fuel price volatility, and market fragmentation—and emerged stronger each year.
Beyond Cargo, Towards a Cause
SVL’s story is not just about tonnes and trucks—it’s about trust. In an era where brands fight over shelf space, SVL fights to make sure the supply chain never lets them down. It is not just a logistics provider; it is a logistics partner in the truest sense.
